Holiday lights hung, taken down, and stored
Roofline and landscape holiday lighting installed in November, maintained through the season, taken down in January and stored until next year. You never touch a ladder.

How we approach it
Fixed properly, not stapled
Clips sized to the roof edge and the gutter, not staples through the cable. Staples cut insulation, they are a fire risk and they leave holes in your fascia that are still there in July.
Fitted to the house
Runs are measured to your roofline so the spacing is even and the lines are straight. Cut-to-fit runs look deliberate; a strand of generic length stretched to reach does not.
Taken down and stored
Takedown in January is part of the same booking, and the lights come back to us labelled and stored, so next season is a repeat rather than a fresh start.
The detail
What we light
Rooflines and gables, porch and entry, columns and railings, trees and shrubs, wreaths and garland.
Through the season
If a run fails during the season we come out and fix it. That is included rather than a call-out.

What a professional hang includes
The visible difference is that the runs are cut to your roofline, so the spacing is even, the lines are straight and there is no doubled-back slack at the end of a gable. The invisible difference is the fixing: clips sized to your roof edge and gutter profile, never staples. Staples cut through cable insulation, which is a genuine fire risk, and they leave holes in fascia boards that are still there long after the lights come down.
It also includes the parts nobody thinks about in November: the timer set so the display runs on a schedule, the power distributed so a single circuit is not carrying the whole house, and a call-out if a section fails mid-season.
The season, end to end
Booking usually happens in early fall, installation runs through November, the display is maintained through the season, and takedown happens in January. The lights then come back to us, labelled by run, and are stored until the following year. Next season is a repeat of a known layout rather than a fresh measurement.
For commercial properties the same process applies on a longer lead time, because storefronts and offices usually want to be lit for a specific date and that date is the same date everyone else wants.

What the work looks like on site
We measure the roofline, gables, columns and any landscape elements you want lit, and work out run lengths and power distribution before ordering anything. Getting the measurement right is what makes the finished display look even rather than improvised.
Installation is clip-fixed to the roof edge or gutter, never stapled, with runs cut to length so there is no slack doubled back at the end of a run. Power is distributed across circuits so nothing is overloaded, and timers are set so the display runs on a schedule rather than being switched on and off by hand.
Through the season, if a run fails we come out and repair it. In January we take everything down, and the lights come back with us labelled by run and stored, so the following year is an install against a known layout rather than a fresh measurement.
After we finish
We walk the finished job with you before the final invoice rather than after it. Anything on the punch list gets cleared while the crew and the materials are still here, which is the cheapest and fastest time to deal with it.
You get whatever documentation the work generates: the plant list and irrigation schedule on a planting job, product details and warranty paperwork on turf, permit and inspection records where the work was permitted, and the specification of what went in the ground so a future contractor is not guessing.
Workmanship is warranted, and manufacturer warranties on materials such as turf and pavers pass to you. If something is not right, call us. We are a small local operation and our name is on work all over this county, which is a stronger incentive than any warranty document.
Questions about christmas light installation
When should I book?
Earlier than you think. Installation slots through November fill up, and the best dates go first. Booking in early fall gets you the date you want.
Do I supply the lights?
We can work either way. Most people prefer we supply commercial-grade product cut to their roofline, because it lasts and it fits. If you have lights you like, we will hang them and tell you honestly what condition they are in.
What if a section stops working?
Call us and we come out during the season. Repairs are part of the service, not an extra.
Do you do landscape lighting as well as the roof?
Yes. Trees, shrubs, columns and railings are all part of it, and the effect is usually better when the roofline is not doing all the work.
Is takedown included?
Yes, in January, and the lights are stored for you until next season.
Do you decorate commercial properties?
Yes, storefronts and commercial buildings as well as homes.
Can you install on a two or three story house?
Yes. Height is a normal part of the work and it is exactly the part homeowners should not be doing from a ladder in November.
What colors and styles are available?
Warm white, cool white, color, and various bulb profiles. Most houses look best with one consistent choice across the roofline rather than mixing, and we will bring samples so you can see them lit.
Do you decorate trees?
Yes, wrapping trunks and branches or lighting canopies from below. Large trees take time and material, so it is worth deciding early whether they are in scope.
